    Join us for our 10th Annual Upper Perkiomen Bird & Wildlife Festival! Bring the entire family out for a day of fun and learning at Green Lane Park. This event features environmental exhibits, free hayrides, live animal presentations, live music, food and merchandise vendors, and much more. Visit our ECO-raffle table to win cool merchandise donated by local vendors. The event will be held in the amphitheater area of GLP (2298 Green Lane Rd., Green Lane, PA 18054.) Come celebrate the rich wildlife heritage of our region at this important community event. All ages; free.

  2. Animal Tales: a Puppet Show

    Bring the family out to visit the animals at the park and watch a puppet show about some of our favorite all time animal stories. Tucker’s Tales Puppet Theatre will perform Aesop’s Fables at 11am. Visitors can enjoy seeing the animals at the park before and after the show. This event is for all ages; pre-registration required by September 23rd at Registration is limited.

  1. Household Hazardous Waste Collection

    September 25, 2021, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM @ Spring-Ford 9th Grade Center

    The Montgomery County Household Hazardous Waste Collection is free for residents to drop off household chemicals for proper disposal. Businesses and contractors will be turned away. Preregistration is required prior to attending an event. Click on the link to register for the preferred date and time. Please follow state guidelines and public health restrictions by wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing when attending an event.
