The summer’s first heat wave means turning up the AC, drinking ice cold lemonade, and an important update from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue: The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has released the Common Level Ratio Real Estate Valuation Factors (CLRs) for the 2020-2021 fiscal year.
Any documents dated July 1, 2019 and beyond must use the new Common Level Ratio for Montgomery County: 2.13.
