Norristown, PA (May 31, 2018) – The Montgomery County Office of Drug and Alcohol is sponsoring free quarterly Naloxone distribution and education events, with the next event taking place Tuesday, June 5, in Pottstown.
The event is an opportunity for members of the public to learn about Naloxone, when and how to use it, and other resources available to those in need of treatment for substance use disorder, and the overdose-reversing drug will be distributed.
The event Tuesday will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the Montgomery County Community College West Campus: 101 College Dr. Pottstown, South Building, Community Room. The event is free. Registration in advance is required, and can be done at www.montcopa.org/naloxoneregistration.
