BACA Christmas in July for Abused and Neglected Children

BACA Group Photo

Biker’s Against Child Abuse (BACA) supported abused and neglected children in Montgomery County on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at Stanbridge Street Park with a Christmas in July Party! BACA and other Club members, led by Santa himself, met at the Lansdale VFW and rode together to Stanbridge Street Park where they were met by Children & Youth staff and families!

The event, organized by BACA Montgomery County Chapter leaders and Children & Youth Boost Club members, was an opportunity for the motorcyclists and Children & Youth Staff members to come together in support of abused and neglected children in our community. BACA members dropped off holiday gift cards totaling $1780 which will be used to support abused and neglected children through the holidays. Caseworkers, Family Support Workers and other professionals are tasked with the responsibility of assisting families in the appropriate utilization of gift cards to meet their children’s needs during the holidays season.

Thank you BACA for supporting our needy children for many, many years! And thanks to the Children & Youth Boost Club and all the staff volunteers for providing such a fun day for all!
