Women's Commission Networking Dinner and Panel on Discrimination Against Women

The Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families will host a panel discussion with the Women’s Law Project at an event themed “Nevertheless She Persisted: Honoring Women Who Fight All Forms of Discrimination Against Women.” The networking dinner and discussion will take place at The Presidential, 2910 DeKalb Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401 on October 11 at 6:00 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Montgomery County Commission on Women and Families Scholarship Fund and other projects that support the MCCWF mission. Panelists will discuss recent trends, legislative action, and strategies to combat unequal pay, pregnancy discrimination, and sexual harassment in the workplace. National and local resources will be identified to help women fighting all forms of discrimination. MCCWF Event Committee member and High Swartz, LLP attorney Melissa H. Boyd will moderate.
