Ways We Serve You The Office of Child Day Care Services is designated by the Department of Public Welfare as a Child Care Information Service (CCIS) for Montgomery County. The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Services provides funding to Montgomery County to manage the CCIS-subsidized child care program. In addition, the office oversees the operation of the Montgomery County Court Care Program.
