WHO CAN WE SERVE?

  • Children and adolescents age 11 and older who live or attend school in Montgomery County.
  • Students who received a letter from their school nurse stating they need a Tdap or Meningococcal (MenACWY) immunization. This letter must be brought to the clinic either by paper or on a smartphone.

DOES A PARENT OR GURDIAN NEED TO ATTEND IF YOUR CHILD IS UNDER AGE 18?


Yes. A parent or guardian must come with children under age 18.

My child needs a COVID vaccination, can I get it at this clinic?


Yes. If your child is 12 or older, they may be able to receive a COVID vaccination. Additional registration is required on-site.
