WHO CAN WE SERVE?
Children and adolescents age 11 and older who live or attend school in Montgomery County.
Students who received a letter from their school nurse stating they need a Tdap or Meningococcal (MenACWY) immunization. This letter must be brought to the clinic either by paper or on a smartphone.

DOES A PARENT OR GURDIAN NEED TO ATTEND IF YOUR CHILD IS UNDER AGE 18?
Yes. A parent or guardian must come with children under age 18.
