Saturday, April 21st at 1:00 pm
Earth Day Work Day in the Park
Come out and join in as we celebrate Earth Week by removing invasive plants along our trails. We will target Japanese Barberry and other problem plants in the landscape. Wear heavy work gloves, and bring lopping or pruning shears and hard rakes from home to help us win the battle. Program will meet at parking lot on Deep Creek Road near at junction with Snyder Road. Pre-registration is required.
Ages: 9 and up; free.

16th Annual WMGK DeBella Dog Walk
Classic Rock 102.9 MGK presents the John DeBella Dog Walk, the largest canine carnival in the area. You & your four legged friend get to spend some quality time together in this picturesque park & enjoy doggie demos, interactive games & get expert advice from vets & trainers. You can also support and learn from the 25+ shelters & rescue groups on-site. Event will be held at Park Amphitheater (2298 Green Lane Road, Green Lane PA 18054)
All ages; free.

Earlybird Walk
Join us in a search for the sights and sounds of a spring morning in the park. Warblers, flycatchers and many other migrants are back from wintering in the tropics, and we hope to view many of them on a mile-long walk. Bring binoculars and meet at Tennis Court parking lot (2298 Green Lane Road, Green Lane, PA 18054). Pre-registration required.

ummer Concert Series - Perfect Strangers Band 
Join us for an evening of music in the park at the amphitheater. The Perfect Strangers Band is Berks County’s premier party band, playing high energy dance, rock and pop from the 60’s to today. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.
All ages; free. 
 
 
Saturday, June 9th at 1:00 pm
Creek Critters
Come out and explore life in Perkiomen Creek as we have a “knee-deep” learning experience. We will use nets, pans, and magnifying containers to learn about aquatic insects and their adaptations for life in moving water. Wear old sneakers or water shoes, we will be getting wet. Meet at fly-fishing area on Church Road (1.2 miles east of Kutztown Road). Spaces are limited, pre-registration required.
All ages; free.

Summer Concert Series - Southern Edge
Join us for an evening of music in the park at the amphitheater. Southern Edge is a Philadelphia-based southern rock group performing southern rock, country and classic rock for more than a decade. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.
All ages; free.

Monday July 9th to Friday July 13th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Camp Salamander
Join us for a week of fun and learning in the outdoors in beautiful Green Lane Park. Designed for students who have completed grades 2 through 6, Camp Salamander features hands-on learning in the outdoors. Healthy snacks are provided each day. Spaces are limited to 24 students, so don’t delay. Complete and return the Camp Registration form (along with payment in full) to Green Lane Park office. Registration deadline May 15th! Sunday, July 15th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Summer Concert Series - Commonwealth Classic Theatre Company
Join us for an evening of celebration and laughter at the amphitheater as Commonwealth Classic Theatre Company presents "The Complete History of America (Abridged)" - a satirical and fast-paced review of all of American history, from the pre-colonial era to modern day. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on.
