The Office of Child Day Care Services is designated by the Department of Public Welfare as a Child Care Information Service (CCIS) for Montgomery County. The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare provides funding to Montgomery County to manage the CCIS-subsidized child care program. In addition, the office oversees the operation of the Montgomery County Court Care Program.

Child Care Information Services of Montgomery County provides services and referrals without regard to race, color, religious creed, handicap, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex.
