This family friendly event offers visitors the opportunity to view over 100 original art works created by top local and regional artists inspired by the theme "Drawn From Nature.” These colorful creations include paintings, sculpture, pastels, drawings, photographs, and more. Birds, wildlife, flowers, gardens, landscape and ocean views are just a hint of what visitors will experience.
April 12, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ Peter Wentz Farmstead
Our farmers will shear the sheep and other skilled crafters will demonstrate typical spring activities on a colonial farm. Children will enjoy colonial toys and games, scarecrow building, story-telling, and a puppet theatre. Highlights include open-hearth cooking, farm tours, spinning, weaving, colonial music, and many other historical crafts.

Kids will enjoy immersing themselves in everything Easter and Spring for this kid’s workshop where they’ll make four crafts to take home. Refreshments served.

The Montgomery County Partners for Home Ownership, in conjunction with the
the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Development, invites you to join our annual HOUSING FAIR.
This Fair is free to the public and will include an exhibitor area for non-profits,
banks, mortgage companies, realtors & insurance companies, home inspectors, credit
companies and other housing-related organizations. Informational workshops will be held throughout the day as well as many Door Prizes!
April 12, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM @ Lower Perkiomen Valley Park
Kids can learn the very basics of fishing from our Montgomery County Park Rangers. Information will include the use of bobbers, types of bait, use of fishing hooks, the variety and use of fishing poles and more. Hands on tying activities and casting will be part of the fun. An emphasis will be placed on safety while explaining all of the need-to-know information.
All PA Fish and Boat Commission regulations apply; visitors must bring their own fishing supplies; participants should meet at the Main Pavilion.
April 12, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ Green Lane Park
The park is home to many creatures, but few more amazing than the Beaver. Come out and learn about the amazing adaptations of these aquatic mammals, and witness their tree-cutting and engineering skills up close. Some walking required, sturdy footwear recommended. Meet at Picnic Pavilion, Deep Creek Area of Green Lane Park.
